New Sweeps for West Blatchington

Two sweeps at West Blatchington Windmill in Hove were removed by volunteers from Jill Windmill. The replacement sweeps are being made by volunteers from High Salvington Windmill. This is yet another example of co-operation between mills in Sussex.

The abseil ropes were supplied by the Friends of Shipley Windmill

 

 

Some of the cakes were made with flour from Lurgashall watermill !
