I am pretty certain that this mill is Great Horwood, Bucks.

There are two photos on the Mills Archive website, one of which shows it in a similar condition. The photo shows it with a scalloped petticoat which is not at all clear on the poor quality mystery photo. But like the mystery photo, the windshaft or poll end appears to be missing.

One of the archive photos shows a shed in a similar position, but unfortunately both of the archive photos are taken from a different angle, so it is not possible to check on window and door positions.

There is not a photo in the Templeman Libary collecton, and on the Karl Wood website it seems impossible to search for a picture of a particular mill.
