Mystery Watermill - possibly Sussex

This August I exhibited two paintings of the same mill from different sides painted in the 1930's by my father, Robert Whitmore. They were in a centenary exhibition of his work in his home town of King's Lynn as part of the King's Lynn Festival.

I was contacted after the exhibition by someone who said that the mill was not at West Walton in Norfolk as I'd labelled it, and of course he's no longer around to ask!

He painted the Sussex landscape all his life (retiring there in 1967) so I wondered if it could be in Sussex, but I would like to identify it and thought someone might be able to help. The photographs sow the two paintings,
