The mill in question was Jolesfield mill, Sussex which Nevvar attempted to move to his hotel at Gatwick Manor.
Guy Blythman's bibliography lists the details of the pamphlet as "HICKMET, Nevvar, Wow, How Does One Move A Windmill: Here's How, privately published 1964".

Moving Windmills

I am researching aspects of the life of the late Nevvar Hickmet who he authored a pamphlet on moving windmills. Does anyone have any idea how I could get a copy of this, please - just for reference purposes?
Nevvar had the distinction of being the first Cypriot to become a Chartered Accountant - in 1937. He also served in the RAF during the war - try getting records from them!
He ended up in the Hotel industry and he tried to move a windmill from one location from one place to another. Hence my interest in the pamphlet. The British Library do not have a copy and I am going around in circles!).
If anyone can help - then much appreciated.

Anthony Bryan commented in Facebook: re your note "Moving Windmills".
"I have a copy of the Hickmet pamphlet. Nevvar Hickmet was a London restauranteur that became interested in developing a new business at County Oak on the old A23 road north of Crawley new town, in the late 1950's. Gatwick airport was rapidly expanding at the time and Nevvar Hickmet decided to purchase the structure of Jolesfield windmill and re-erect it at his new Gatwick Manor business as a landmark. Alas, only a prefabricated dummy windmill was ever erected on the site. It looked nothing like the old Jolesfield windmill."
