It is called 'Traditional Crafts and Industries in East Anglia - The Photographic Legacy of Hallam Ashley', published by English Heritage at £16.99; 176pp A4.

It contains a large variety of pictures of buildings and craft workers, including a 21 page section on Mills & Milling.  The pictures are all reproduced to very a high standard.

If you are not stocking it, perhaps you could put details on the publications page of the web site?

(note from Ron:) it is available on Amazon for £16.15 - see http://www.amazon.co.uk/Traditional-Crafts-Industries-East-Anglia/dp/185074968X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1290010508&sr=1-1
