This picture shows Frank in April 1990. The photograph was taken by Mildred at the re-opening of Lowfield Heath Windmill by Princess Alexandra.

As we want the best tribute we can make for Frank, we need more good pictures of him. Frank was an enthusiastic photographer (see the image!) but like others who are keen on photography, he preferred being behind the camere, not in front.
