Anglers and certain EA fisheries persons write with emotion about the possible harm to fish without the thought that the EA always insist on fish screening and the most popular run of river turbine the Ritz Atro Hydrodynamic Screw has been tested to EA specified standards and agreed to be fish friendly. A lot friendlier I might add than putting a large hook in a fishes mouth and yanking it out of the water to then put it in a keep net after removing the hook from its mouth whilst it is out of the water gulping.

Anglers have attacked plans to build hundreds of "environmentally-friendly" water mills in British rivers. Jasper Copping in the Sunday Telegraph reports.
